Departure from the hotel by Monster Truck .  Each participant will be given a general culture quiz on the country.  The quiz will be collected on return to the hotel and will be used to deduct points.

Following the small roads participants will discover typical dominican lifestyle.  The first stop will introduce you to the dominicans’ favourite pastime : cockfighting.  A demonstration fight will be put on (the spurs will be protected to avoid injury).

Your guide will then take you along the track crossing fields of sugar cane.

First test :  following a sugar cane cutting demonstration given by the guides to the different teams, each participant will, in team relay, will be required to cut the cane into 1m lengths.  The team with the first 12 cut canes will win.

Second test : forced stop along the track.  Puncture !  Each team will be required to change the tyre of one of these road monsters.  Against the clock.

You will discover village life while savouring tropical fruit and delicious dominican coffee.  The local school will open its doors and an outline of the education system of the Dominican Republicwill be given.

Third test : each team will be required to break 3 coconuts, completely removing the white flesh.  Against the clock.
