Possible from Punta Cana and Bayahibe

Transfer to the nearest airport from Punta Cana (20 mins).  Type of planes depending on the number of persons : 7, 9, 11, 19 or 38 seats.

The minute one takes-off one is siezed by the splendour of the flight and the variety of scenery.

After 40 minutes flight time, landing on a dirt track runway surrounded by coconut trees.  Transfer by minibus to the village of Limon.  The road winds between hills and valleys and crosses a number of picturesque hamlets.

By foot or on mule to the waterfalls :  a twisting path crossing coffee, orange and pineapple plantations, you will discover a number of wild orchids, some of which are unique !

After 45 minutes of walking where the sites are enhanced by our guide’s commentary, we arrive at the majestic « Cascade de Limon » which, with its 55 metres’ height, seems to beckon us to dive into its fresh waters.

Return to Limon and typical dominican lunch at the house of « Miguel & Maria » .

Next, return to Las Terrenas where a fruit cocktail will be served on a splendid beach .  Free time to do a spot of shopping in the astonishing village with about 1000 French inhabitants : from a baker to a plumber, a teacher or a restaurant owner, you will not fail to meet one of these « Français du bout du monde » who will perhaps entice you to follow in their footsteps !

Return to the airstrip about 17h00 and take off for La Romana.
